Quarterly Newsletter

Newsletter subscribers provide an email address and confirm their signup through a time-limited secure link. A functional browser cookie may remember a verified newsletter session; it does not contain the email address or newsletter status.

Newsletter delivery is not active until Projecto Honduras approves its final sender domain and email service. Every future Newsletter will provide a way to manage the signup or unsubscribe. Projecto Honduras does not sell subscriber information.

Website activity

Privacy-friendly aggregate analytics may count pages viewed, broad referral sources, and important link handoffs. The website does not create donor accounts or store donation amounts, payment methods, or payment history.

Staff access

Named staff accounts use protected authentication and role-based access. Security records intentionally exclude passwords, reset links, session tokens, and IP addresses.

Retention

Sent communications may keep one readable visual PDF record for up to 15 months. Aggregate delivery totals may remain after the PDF is removed. Expired email-verification requests are deleted.
